Whistleblower Policy

How to raise serious concerns confidentially and how we protect those who do.

Last updated 1 July 2026

1. Who is protected

Current and former employees, contractors, suppliers and their relatives may make a protected disclosure about misconduct or an improper state of affairs, consistent with Part 9.4AAA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

2. How to make a disclosure

Disclosures may be made in writing to whistleblower@myaustralianhost.com.au, and may be made anonymously. Only the appointed Whistleblower Protection Officer has access to that mailbox.

3. Protection

We do not tolerate detrimental conduct against a discloser. Identity is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or consented to. Investigations commence within 10 business days and the discloser is kept informed where contact is possible.
