Yes. The interview, the plan and the branded PDF are completely free with no obligation. You only pay if you choose one of the Blast-off packages to have our team build and run it for you.
How much does Business Blast-off cost?
Launchpad is $990 setup plus $149/mo, Orbit is $2,490 setup plus $349/mo and Mission Control is $6,900 setup plus $899/mo. Pay annually and the monthly drops to $129, $299 or $799. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
How quickly can I be trading?
Launchpad clients are typically live within 14 days, Orbit stores within 4-6 weeks, and Mission Control builds are scoped in your kick-off workshop. We start the moment your domain and content are with us.
Do I need an ABN before I start?
No. If you don't have one yet we'll guide you through ABN, business name, GST and payment processing setup as part of your launch checklist. A .com.au domain does require an Australian presence such as an ABN, so we'll help you get that sorted first.
What does My Australian VoIP add?
Your business phone system: local, 13 or 1300 numbers, hosted PBX with mobile and desktop apps, call queues, IVR, Microsoft Teams calling, SMS, plus business nbn or fibre internet. It's billed on the same invoice and supported by the same Australian team.
Can I keep my existing website or supplier?

Is my information kept private?
