New shared, business, WordPress, eCommerce and reseller hosting plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on the hosting component. Request a refund by support ticket within 30 days of the initial invoice date.
2. What is not refundable
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers; SSL certificates once issued; Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other third-party licences; setup fees; professional services already delivered; and renewals of an existing service.
VPS, cloud and dedicated servers are pro-rata refundable within 7 days of provisioning where no acceptable-use breach has occurred.
3. Process
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days. Accounts refunded under the guarantee are terminated and data removed. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
