How quickly is a dedicated server provisioned?
Stock EPYC configurations are racked, imaged and handed over within 24 hours. Custom builds with non-stock drives or CPUs usually take 2-3 business days.
Is management included in the price?
Every server includes hardware monitoring, IPMI/KVM access and 24/7 remote hands as standard. Add Managed or Fully Managed to have our engineers own the OS, patching and performance tuning.
Where are the servers physically located?
Our bare metal fleet lives in Tier III facilities in Sydney and Melbourne, on redundant power, cooling and Australian-peered transit — no offshore hops for local traffic.
Can I bring my own software licences?
Yes. Bring your own cPanel, Plesk, Windows Server or virtualisation licences, or purchase them through us at wholesale rates and have them applied automatically.
What's the difference between a dedicated server and a VPS?
A dedicated server gives you 100% of the physical CPU, RAM, storage and network I/O with no other tenants. A VPS shares a host with other customers — great value, but with resource contention possible during noisy-neighbour spikes.
Do you offer DDoS protection?
Yes, always-on volumetric and application-layer DDoS scrubbing is included at no extra cost, with an optional Advanced Shielding add-on for higher-risk targets.
Can I upgrade my server later?
