1. Reseller relationship
We are an authorised partner and reseller of certificates issued by Sectigo, DigiCert, GeoTrust, Thawte, RapidSSL and Certera. Each certificate is also governed by the issuing certificate authority’s subscriber agreement, which you accept when validation begins.
2. Validation
You must complete the validation steps requested by the certificate authority. Domain validation is normally issued within minutes, organisation validation within one business day, and extended validation within three to five business days once documentation is supplied.
3. Reissues and revocation
Unlimited free reissues are available for the life of the certificate. A certificate must be revoked and reissued if the private key is compromised. Certificate authorities may revoke a certificate where required by the CA/Browser Forum Baseline Requirements.
4. Refunds
Paid certificates may be refunded within 30 days of issuance where the certificate is revoked. After 30 days, or where the certificate remains active, no refund is available.
