1. Stored payment methods
By storing a card in the client area you authorise us to charge that card for renewals, upgrades and any overdue balance on your account, on or after the invoice due date, until you remove the card or cancel the service.
2. Surcharges
Card surcharges reflect our cost of acceptance and are displayed at checkout. BPAY and bank transfer attract no surcharge.
3. Chargebacks
Please contact billing@myaustralianhost.com.au before raising a chargeback. Chargebacks lodged without contacting us incur a $35 administration fee and may result in suspension until the balance and fee are settled.
