Invoices are generated 14 days before the due date and emailed to the billing contact on your account. All prices shown include GST.
If you add a service mid-cycle we pro-rata the charge so every service on your account renews on the same day.
You can pay by credit card, PayPal or direct deposit. Credit card payments can be automated by storing a card in the client area.
Domains renew separately from hosting because registry terms differ. Enable auto-renew to avoid losing a .com.au during the redemption period.
