Use IMAP so your mail stays synchronised across every device. The incoming server is mail.yourdomain.com.au on port 993 with SSL, and the outgoing server is the same hostname on port 465 with SSL.
Your username is always the full email address, and the password is the one set when the mailbox was created in cPanel.
On iPhone go to Settings, Mail, Accounts, Add Account, Other, then Add Mail Account and enter the details above. On Android, open your mail app and choose Manual setup, then IMAP.
If mail will not send, check that your device allows outgoing connections on port 465 — some mobile networks block port 25, which we do not use.
